Welcome, I’m Mary Dunn
My life’s work has been dedicated to helping people connect, communicate, and grow whether through Christian speaking, public presentations, or one-on-one coaching. With over three decades of combined experience, I bring a unique perspective shaped by faith, corporate leadership, and a heart for people.
Christian Speaker (10+ Years)
My Christian speaking ministry began unexpectedly when I was invited to speak at a fundraising banquet for a nonprofit Christian organization. The room was filled with over 300 guests, including local pastors. What I thought would be a one-time opportunity turned into a calling. Afterward, my own pastor invited me to fill the pulpit while he was on vacation, and that moment opened doors I never imagined.
Since then, I’ve been blessed to speak at women’s events, church gatherings, conferences, and retreats. My approach blends biblical truth with humor because I believe learning is more impactful when we enjoy the process. Whether I’m sharing with my home church or speaking at a regional event, my goal is always the same: to inspire, uplift, and help others apply God’s word in practical ways.
Public Speaker (25+ Years)
Before ministry, my 20-year career in sales and management gave me the privilege of speaking to global corporations such as Exxon, Marathon, and GE. These experiences sharpened my skills in delivering high-impact presentations and communicating effectively with diverse audiences.
Today, I channel that expertise into training groups and organizations on the art of communication. I believe transformational awareness begins when we recognize our personality strengths and weaknesses. By teaching candid conversations, I help individuals and teams unlock their potential, strengthen leadership skills, and improve relationships.
Board-Certified Coach (19+ Years)
For nearly two decades, I’ve served as a Board-Certified Leadership and Communications Coach, partnering with clients who want to grow in leadership, communication, or both. My coaching style is collaborative and strategic. I engage with clients as a “thinking partner,” helping them envision the right path, apply the right resources, and act at the right time.
Together, we co-create practical strategies that empower individuals and teams to achieve their goals faster and with greater clarity. Coaching is not about giving answers; it’s about unlocking solutions that already exist within the client. My joy comes from watching people grow into confident leaders who communicate with authenticity and purpose.
